How We Work
One team, accountable end-to-end.
Our five-phase process keeps your brand intent intact from first conversation to final walkthrough. No handoffs to outside firms, no dropped threads — just a single team that knows your project and your brand.

Phase 01
Discovery
Every project begins with understanding — not just the site and budget, but the brand your building will express.
What happens
- Brand workshop: we unpack your identity, audience, and the experience you want visitors to have
- Site analysis: orientation, access, visibility, zoning, and context
- Budget and schedule alignment: realistic targets before pencil hits paper
- Stakeholder interviews with leadership, operations, and end-users
Phase 02
Visualization
We translate brand intent into concept — massing, materials, and 3D renderings you can walk through before we build.
What happens
- Concept design: spatial organization and architectural character rooted in your brand
- 3D renderings and walkthroughs so stakeholders can experience the space early
- Material palette studies — color, texture, durability, and brand alignment
- Iteration cycles with structured feedback at each milestone
Phase 03
Interior Design
Architecture and interiors under one roof — so the brand story carries through every finish, fixture, and furniture piece.
What happens
- Space planning: flow, adjacencies, and code-compliant layouts
- Finish selection: flooring, wall surfaces, ceilings, lighting design
- Furniture, fixtures, and equipment (FF&E) specification
- Branding elements: signage, environmental graphics, custom features
Phase 04
Construction Documents
We produce detailed drawings and specifications that contractors can build from accurately — and that sail through permitting.
What happens
- Fully coordinated drawing sets across architecture, structural, MEP, and civil
- Material and performance specifications — clear, buildable, code-compliant
- Permitting and jurisdiction coordination across Utah municipalities
- Bidding support: clarifications, alternates, and contractor Q&A
Phase 05
Construction Administration
We stay on the job through construction — protecting design intent and quality all the way to the final walkthrough.
What happens
- Regular site visits and observation reports
- RFI responses and submittal review
- Change order evaluation and budget control
- Punch list, closeout, and final quality control
